Orders are typically processed same-day when when ordered by 4 p.m. ET, Monday - Friday. Any orders placed after 4 p.m. ET will be processed the next day, and orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday. All orders are mailed by first-class or priority mail shipping via USPS.

Online Purchase - Return/Exchange In-store
You may return or exchange online purchases in store. You must go to a location within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund, and within 30 days for exchange or store credit. Make sure you have your order confirmation email with you. Clothing must be returned in unwashed, unworn condition with tags attached.
Online Purchase - Return/Exchange by Mail
If returning or exchanging by mail, customers must pay for return shipping and must contact us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving the package for return or exchange instructions. Clothing must be returned in unwashed, unworn condition with tags attached.
In Store Purchases
In store purchases must be returned or exchanged in store, not by mail. Customers must return the item within 7 days for a full refund and 30 days for an exchange or store credit. Clothing must be returned in unwashed, unworn condition with tags attached.
